Our Board

Jack Schirner - President

My wife, Jeanette, and I are relatively new to Fallbrook having moved from Laguna Niguel to Fallbrook four years ago. We are almost California natives since we moved from the Midwest over fifty-five years ago. We have five children, thirteen grandchildren and five (almost six) great-grandchildren that we love to visit around the country..

I graduated with honors from National University with a degree in Business Administration. Most of my working career was spent as a director of Operational Auditing and Regulatory Compliance for Experian (formerly TRW). My expertise included formulating and implementing operational practices to maximize work efficiencies and assure compliance with a myriad of state and federal legal requirements in approximately seventy offices throughout the United States. As a Certified Internal Auditor, I was a longtime member of the Institute of Internal Auditors and served as president of the Orange County chapter for three years. Several heads were turned whenever I wore my CIA lapel pin. As president I successfully helped plan and host an International IIA conference attended by over 2500 auditors from around the world. After nearly thirty years with Experian, I retired in 2000.

After retiring, I volunteered with the Laguna Niguel Police Services department for seven years on their Police Auxiliary Citizens Team and was named Volunteer of the Year in 2007. I also worked in a “fun” job with the Home Depot for eleven years, where I was a Hardware Department Manager, Safety Captain, and Employee Committee Captain.
